Welcome to our Magia y Medicina Retreat in Costa Rica from June 4-11!

Escape to the tranquil and breathtaking beauty of Costa Rica, where you will be immersed in a transformative experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and balanced. Our retreat is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to leave with greater levity.

Our retreat takes place in the heart of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning ocean views. This is the perfect environment to unwind and reconnect with your inner self. Tierra de suenos retreat center is an oasis of calm and serenity, allowing you to connect to nature or relax in the privacy of your own bungalow.

During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a natural setting, guided by Sara, a yoga and bodywork master. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You will also have the option to purchase additional private bodywork sessions for the ultimate relaxation.

The retreat includes delicious and nutritious meals made from locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. You will receive two chef-prepared meals per day so you can experience a variety of delicious, local cuisine.

After our daily yoga sessions, you will have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area on your own, hike to nearby waterfalls, or just relax on the world-renowned beaches.

Optional medicine journey, powerful connections in our evening gatherings, and a beautiful cocoa ceremony will help you replenish and transform your internal world so you can journey back home as your best and brightest self.
