Sara Hilgendorf is one of the leading Somatic Bodyworkers in Boulder County with more than 20 years of experience in integrating the Western approach of Advanced Sports Massage-Physiotherapy with the Eastern Thai Yoga Bodywork and Synergy Yoga instruction. She has been dedicated to her own personal yogic journey for 20 years, crediting major influences of teaching strategies that include BKS Iyengar, Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea, and Gary Kraftsow.  She specializes in mindful, alignment-based yoga with an emphasis on Therapeutic Yin, Yoga for Trauma and Vinyasa flow.

Sara began her journey in yoga and Bodywork as a young child, growing up in Oklahoma on a reservation and being exposed to Native American healing practices. That exposure has stayed with her and informs how she works with the Mind-Body connection of every individual. Later, as a competitive athlete, she developed her love of physical wellness at Oklahoma State University, where she pursued her passion for the study of anatomy and massage.

After a transformative trip to Colorado’s Garden of the Gods, Sara relocated
to the area and quickly began growing a strong following in the highly-competitive Bodywork community of Boulder, Colorado. After establishing a private practice working with Colorado Spine and Rehabilitation, she opened her first wellness studio in Longmont in 2003. Sara has been a strong nurturer of the local conscious community and enjoys a thriving client base.

Always evolving and growing as a Bodyworker, Sara’s current studies have taken her to Central America, Thailand and Bali for extended periods of time, diving deep into the indigenous healing cultures. Sara has been honored to work with advanced Sports Medicine physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, professional martial artists, intuitives, as well as sustainable wellness leaders.

Radha graduated with over 1000 credit hours and was first hired at a Chiropractic office in Louisville, CO. Shortly thereafter she started her own business and began building a practice in Longmont. In 2006 Radha had an opportunity to study abroad in India and learn about Auyervedic massage techniques and its benefits. Radha met Sara in 2011 and they became friends and colleagues. This evolved into an apprentice/mentor relationship and through the years she has enhanced her knowledge of sports massage techniques. Radha’s massage style focuses on body alignment and function as well as spiritual and emotional balance.

Kimi Hendrix is a native of Hastings, Nebraska and has been a Longmont local for 12 years. Along with a B.S. degree in Human Resources Management with emphasis in Psychology and Art History, Kimi also holds a 200 hour teaching certificate in Qi Gong and Yoga. She is currently a Healing Touch Practitioner working with the integration of these Arts.

Healing Touch is an energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and healing. The goal of Healing Touch is to restore harmony and balance in the energy system, placing the client in a position to self-heal. Her long time calling as a student and practitioner of the Healing Arts, Yoga & Qi Gong led her away from the 9-5 workday life. She is now very excited to integrate her passion for Healing with the Jiva Wellness team. Kimi is available for Healing Touch sessions as well as private & group Qi Gong classes.

Kimi and her husband, Mike, enjoy hiking, biking, motorcycling, singing and playing music and soaking up the Colorado sunshine with their dog, Coda.
